​Insomnia Treatment

$350/$230

In your first visit (1 hour, 15 minutes - $350), we will review your sleep, personal and medical history and start you on a path to better sleep. Follow-up visits (45 minutes - $230) will occur approximately once every 1-2 weeks thereafter typically for a total of 10-15 visits. 

Sleep Coaching

$350/$230

In your first visit (75 minutes - $350), we will review your sleep habits and set attainable goals for your sleep. Follow-up visits (45 minutes - $230) will occur approximately once every 1-2 weeks thereafter typically for a total of 8 to 10 visits. 

jet Lag Prevention

$499

Your jet-lag prevention specialist will meet with you to learn about your travel plans and your sleep habits. Then a customized sleep schedule will be made for you to adjust your circadian rhythm (i.e. body clock) prior to your trip on a schedule that works for you and your lifestyle. You will meet for a second time two weeks after the first visit to review your customized plan. This service is a flat-fee of $499 for a total of 2 visits and a customized jet-lag prevention plan.
